These Terms of Use govern your access to the Noventra International website and the client portal. By using the site or signing in to the portal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The site and the portal
This site presents Noventra International, a global commerce and distribution firm, and the services it provides. The client portal is a private area where clients view the orders, shipments, and deals the firm records for their company.
Accounts
Portal logins are issued by Noventra staff. There is no public sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done under your account. Change the initial password we send you as soon as you sign in, and do not share your login. Tell us right away if you think someone else has your credentials. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or no longer needed.
Acceptable use
Use the site and the portal lawfully. Do not try to reach another client's data or any area you are not authorized to use. Do not probe, scan, or test the security of the site, and do not try to break it. Do not scrape, copy in bulk, overload, or disrupt the service. Do not use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful.
No offer or commitment
Information on this site describes the firm and the services it provides. It is general business information. It is not an offer, a solicitation, or a commitment to buy, sell, distribute, or finance any product in any market. Service availability, timing, and terms depend on the specific engagement and on any agreement the firm signs with a client or counterparty.
Intellectual property
The Noventra International name, the logo, and the content of this site belong to the firm or its licensors. Product names, brands, and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners. Do not copy or reuse site content without our permission.
No warranties
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Noventra International is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that arise from your use of the site or the portal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
