This Privacy Policy explains what Noventra International collects when you use this website and the client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Contact form. When you send us a brief, we collect your name, your company, your email address, the category of work you select, and the message you write.

Client portal account. If the firm sets up a portal login for you, we hold your email address, your name, and the orders, shipments, and deals we record for your company.

Server and log data. Like most sites, our hosting records standard technical data your browser sends, such as your IP address, your browser type, the pages you request, and the time of each request. We use it to run the site and keep it secure.

How we use information

We use your contact details to answer your inquiry and to follow up about a possible engagement. We use portal data to operate the portal, show you your records, and run the working relationship. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a few providers to run the site, and each one handles data on our behalf under its own terms.

Resend delivers email from the contact form and portal account notices. Supabase runs the database and the sign-in behind the client portal. Vercel hosts the site and provides cookieless, privacy-friendly traffic measurement.

Cookies and storage

The marketing pages set no advertising cookies, and the traffic measurement is cookieless. The client portal uses cookies and browser storage that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. The portal cannot work without them.

Data retention

We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to follow up and to keep a record of the conversation. We keep portal records for the life of the client relationship and for any period the law requires. After that we delete or anonymize the data.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to admin@noventrainternational.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Access to portal records is enforced at the database with row-level security, so each client account reaches only its own company's data. No method of transmission or storage is ever perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is built for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Where data is handled

Our providers operate in the United States, so your information may be stored and processed there.

Changes

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page.
